Mister Freedom Diggers Trousers - Katsuragi Drill

The Digger Trousers are Mister Freedom's take on a rare piece of military gear, vintage 1952 Australian drill pants. They carry all the utilitarian details that make the original special: a snap button fly, high waist, pleated front, and a wide-leg cut built for movement and old-school style. Cut from an 11.5oz brown Katsuragi twill milled in Japan, the fabric has a textured hand and a subtle 3×1 twill pattern reminiscent of vintage French military chinos. The unique fabric is distinctly different from the sheen of tightly woven U.S Mil-spec trousers. The name “Digger” comes from the slang for Australian soldiers, allegedly in reference to trench-digging duties during WWI.

Please note, the Diggers Trousers are raw/unwashed and small amount of shrinkage is expected with a hot wash, ~.25"-.5" in all measurements. With a cold wash and hang dry minimal shrinkage is expected.
